ISOPP and CAPhO have arranged a room block at the Fairmont Empress with a discounted rate for the Symposium participants. The room block is sold out.

All the rates below are per room per night, exclusive of 17% fees and taxes (5% Goods and Services Tax, 11% Provincial Sales Tax, 1% Destination Management Fee) and include access to the Business Centre, Fitness Centre, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, wading pool, and related facilities for all guests of the hotel.

  • There is no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents
  • There is a maximum of 3 people for Fairmont guestrooms and 4 people for Deluxe guestroom

  • Check in time is 11:00 and check out time is 16:00 

Hotel Cancellation Policies and Non-arrivals

Changes or cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before your arrival date without penalty and if made within 72 hours prior to your arrival date, the full value of the hotel booking will apply for cancellations and/or for any nights cancelled. The full value of the hotel booking will be charged for non-arrivals (no shows).  Early departure fees apply.
