Note: There are three ways to log in to register depending on whether you are a member of ISOPP or CAPhO or not a member of either organization. Directions are provided after you click on the Register Now button.
ISOPP Masterclasses are open to ISOPP members only and CAPhO Workshops are available to CAPhO members and non members. Neither a member of ISOPP nor CAPhO? Join here for ISOPP. Join here for CAPhO. Registration Fees
All registration fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to 5% General Sales Tax (GST).
Early Bird rates are available until Wednesday, January 15, 2025. Registrants who pay for their registration after Wednesday, January 15, 2025 will be charged the regular registration fees.
You have the option of registering for the Symposium, as well as for Masterclasses and/or Workshops. The registration fees for 1) Symposium, 2) Masterclasses and 3) Workshops are below.
Notes:
- Symposium registration fees are determined by the country in which you are employed. Income levels for each country are based on an average of three different world ranking economic listings.
- Full registration includes one complimentary ticket for the Cultural Networking Event on Saturday. Guest tickets can be purchased for a fee.
- ISOPP Masterclasses are open to ISOPP members only and CAPhO Workshops are available to CAPhO members and non members. Neither a member of ISOPP nor CAPhO? Join here for ISOPP. Join here for CAPhO. 1) Registration Fees Symposium
For the Symposium registration fees, determine your country level by referring to the table below. If your country is not on this list, please review the country income levels list on ISOPP’s website before selecting your fee.

Registration Category Definitions
Technician and Allied Health Professional (Technicians / Assistants, Nurses etc) rates are available to professionals in the practice of oncology pharmacy, such as technicians and pharmacy assistants, and health professional in related fields, such as nurses. Work identification confirming your role is required to confirm this rate.
You can upload supporting document(s) during online registration (JPEG, PDF or word document to a maximum file size of 5,000 GB per file) or submit documentation within two weeks of registering via email, fax or mail to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
Resident / Student are available to anyone enrolled full time in a residency program, post-secondary education and/or pre-register pharmacist. Proof, consisting of a copy of your identification card or a letter from the institution's registrar confirming residency status and/or enrollment, is required to confirm this rate.

Full Symposium registration fees include admission to:
- Educational sessions
- ISOPP and CAPhO Annual General Meetings
- ISOPP and CAPhO Town Hall Meetings
- Sponsored Symposia on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Sponsored Symposia on demand virtually
- Exhibit Hall and Poster Displays
- Networking Welcome Reception on Thursday
- Walking / Running Group on Friday
- Breakfasts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Networking Lunch on Friday and Saturday
- Cultural Networking Event on Saturday
Daily rates are available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and include educational sessions and food and beverage functions on the day of attendance except the Workshops on Thursday and the Cultural Networking Event on Saturday which can be purchased for an additional fee.
The Cultural Networking Event is included complimentary for Full Symposium registration. Tickets for guests and daily registrants are available at the cost of $150 (excluding 5% General Sales Tax) per person and can be purchased during the online registration process (subject to availability).

Methods of Payment
The Early Bird rate is only valid if your registration and payment are received by Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
Debit Card (Visa Debit, Debit MasterCard and Maestro) or Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard and Visa)
If paying by debit or with credit card, ISOPP CAPhO Symposium 2025 or ISOPPCAPhO will appear as the vendor on your debit or credit card statement. If your debit or credit card payment is declined, select “Cancel” on the payment page and select "Invoice for for cheque or wire transfer payment" as your payment method and then click on “Submit” to process your registration. You can log in and process the payment via a debit or credit card at a later date or pay via cheque or wire transfer.
Cheque Drawn on a Canadian Bank
If you are paying by cheque, include ISOPP CAPhO 2025 and the name of the registrant on the cheque, make the cheque payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc, and include a copy of the invoice when mailing the cheque. Funds are due in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and must be drawn from a Canadian bank. The payment address will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in this registration upon completion of your registration. A receipt will be sent by email once payment has been received.
Wire Transfer (applicable prior to Monday, February 6, 2025)
All wire transfers are payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc, are due in CAD and must be received by Monday, February 6, 2025 otherwise payment via another method will be required.
When requesting a wire transfer to pay your fees, please advise your bank to deduct any fees from the sender’s account, and not from the beneficiary’s, as full payment is required.
On the wire transfer, please note ISOPP CAPhO 2025 and the name of the registrant(s) as a reference. Wire transfer information will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in this registration upon completion of your registration.
Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy
All cancellations or substitution requests must be received in writing by the Symposium Management Office at register@isoppcapho2025.org. Substitutions must be made at an equal or lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.
Symposium and Cultural Networking Event
Refunds for Symposium registrations and Cultural Networking Event guest tickets are available until Wednesday, January 15, 2025, and are subject to a cancellation administration fee of $100 per registration and $50 per ticket. As of Thursday, January 16, 2025, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until midnight PDT on Friday, March 28, 2025.
Masterclasses and Workshops
There are no refunds for cancellations; however, substitutions can be made until midnight PDT on Friday, March 28, 2025.
Travel Visa Requirements and Letter of Invitation
Please Confirm with the Canadian Embassy or consulate in your country or region if you require a travel visa to enter Canada. Should an entry visa be required, apply early to allow sufficient time for processing. Visa applications are registrants’ own responsibility. Check visa processing times to ensure sufficient time for your application before completing your registration.
If you require an invitation letter, please indicate this during the online registration process and provide the requested details (date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport expiry date).
Note: Please note that a letter of invitation can only be issued once you have registered and paid for the Symposium.

Insurance and Liability
Participants take part in the ISOPP CAPhO Symposium at their own risk and need to make their own health and travel insurance arrangements.
