Symposium Accredited
ISOPP CAPhO Symposium 2025 plenary and concurrent sessions are accredited through the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy (CCCEP) for 13.42 CEUs. The maximum amount of attainable CEUs is 8.42. Live attendance in the accredited sessions is required to receive a letter of participation that will be provided after the Symposium upon completion of the evaluation survey.
CAPhO Workshops Accredited
Additionally, the Oral Chemotherapy Management (OCM) Workshop and the Ensuring Safety in HD Pharmacy Compounding: From HD Wipe Sampling to Decontamination Science Workshop are accredited for 4 CEUs each.
About CCCEP
The Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy (CCCEP) is a national organization established to accredit continuing pharmacy education programs intended to be delivered to pharmacy professionals from more than one province or nationally. CCCEP accreditation is recognized by the pharmacy regulatory authorities in all provinces and territories of Canada.
